Women and youth were central to IRDMS interventions. Women SHGs and youth entrepreneurs
engaged in livestock, fisheries, and agribusiness, enhancing incomes and leadership roles.
These interventions strengthened social capital, empowered vulnerable groups, and built a
culture of rural entrepreneurship.
