Odisha Integrated Irrigation Project for Climate Resilient Agriculture (OIIPCRA):
IRDMS implements OIIPCRA to promote climate-resilient agricultural practices by enhancing water security and efficient irrigation in targeted districts. Supported by the World Bank and the Department of Water Resources, Government of Odisha, the programme introduces solar-powered irrigation systems, promotes integrated crop and water management, and facilitates farm mechanization. Strengthening Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) and enhancing market linkages are key components, aimed at increasing productivity, farm incomes, and resilience against climate variability.
